People keep journals on a wide range of subjects from their health, dreams, baby journals, wedding journals, and everything in between.
A journal can be a great way to reflect back on your memories. If you are currently planning a big event such as a wedding or vacation. A journal can be kept to log the planning, pricing, and the who, what, and where of the event.
No one said that you had to be a professional writer to keep a daily journal. This is for you to write down your thoughts and ideas and if you feel like sharing with others that is completely up to you.
If you are going through a traumatic or unstable time in your life a journal may be just the thing. You can get your emotions down on paper and deal with them accordingly. It can be a way of letting go or dealing with a certain situation.
So, give journaling a try. Whether it be for the new baby or the new love in your life it will be fun to look back in a few years to see what you have written.
