"This Makes Me Mad As HELL"
by Vern Anderson
Deception on the Internet is out of control.
It seems that just because you cannot see the
person on the other end and mash him in the mouth
that everything is fair.
As most of my subscribers know, I am an old man that
could not hurt anyone, but I think at times I would
try.
It is my opinion that no matter what, if I can just
get this jerk to read my email, he will purchase
what I am selling so whatever I put in the subject
line is fine.
It has got so bad, that you cannot believe anything
that is being put in the subject line.
I can't be the only person online that is dealing with
this.
I realize I am not very smart, but I finally realize
when I am being lied to.
All my life, the one thing that has always made me mad
real fast was to be lied to.
If someone sends out an email saying, this or that is
free, then the cotton picking thing should be free.
Twice today I fell for those lies. I received emails
stating that so and so is free to download and I fell
for it.
Both times I went to the site, read through the sales
letter forward and backwards looking for the free download.
Guess what, there was no free download, it was a way to fool
people to the web site thinking if they could lie to get the
person there they couldn't help but purchase.
I don't know about you, but if they were selling 20 dollar
bills for 25 cents I would not purchase.
In my opinion, this is no better than the scammers and it is
a shame they can't be run off the Internet.
I have always said, those kind of people's day's are coming,
I just don't think as far as online it is fast enough.
