Do you understand the truth about life and always do what is right ... or at least most of the time?
Knowing the truth will lead to faith and ultimately you will be blessed and the work of your hands will be a successful effort.
Conversely, the opposite will happen.
A Solid Rock is usually used as a metaphor for one of the most definite forms of substance. It can be applied to many different situations. I relate it here to your faith in what you believe to be the truth and how you live your life accordingly. This concept *WILL* affect your actions day to day.
Is it Solid Rock? If not, why not? What do you need to find out still? What questions about life have not been answered yet? Do you have questions? Are the resources available for your search? Are you even in search mode? Why should you be? Are you apathetic about your future?
When you live your life this way ... when the people in your life acknowledge you as such ... this is what I have found it to look like:
You've dedicated yourself to your actions. Loyalty to the people in your life is apparent. You appear focused and excited in every thought you have, each word you speak and in the way you carry yourself as you work though each task.
You KNOW your goals and dreams are a sure thing. If you keep moving in the direction you are facing, your success in achievement thereof is as solid as a rock ... your rock ... your solid rock ... your dreams coming true.
Your Life = A Solid Rock
Bad Company is (was) a rock solid rock band. Paul Rogers sang the lyrics in 1974 to "I live my life, the way that I choose."
How do you choose?
